First ever Spearfish Canyon piece.  I think these must be as difficult as the Badlands.  Who knows if I will do another one of these.  It was fun to play with the rock colors though, and it was popular at the Gala. This is a view on Hwy 385 somewhere.  I love these clouds.

This is a painting I did in college in the summer of 2005.  I really love these torn paintings.  The Long View is at my brother and sister’s house in Minneapolis, so I get to see it when I am there!

This painting is 30×40 and holds the Southern Hills sky the best so far. The first part of the painting is two layers of light blue afternoon sky.
