Who wants a piece of land in Minnesota? I do!  This is some random farmland near Rochester, MN. I love the layers of color you can see when you look across the rolling fields of corn, grass, sorghum, etc…

Stay Awhile is the second sunset painting.  I love how successful the colors are in this first layer. This second layer has a really nice appeal.  The brighter blue is a more opaque water paint called Gouache.  (pronounced Gwash).  Its really giving my clouds some interesting depth.
